Make sure your email address is under your contact information in your Aeries Portal. If it is not there please add it and wait 24 hours for Frontline is updated to try again.
 
Having trouble adding your students?
Make sure your email address is under your contact information in your Aeries Portal for each student. If it is not there please add it and wait 24 hours for Frontline is updated to try again. Or Make sure you have the correct student id number, this can be found on your Aeries Portal.
