Parents in the Hemet Unified School District who wish for their children to attend a school other than their home campus can apply for transfers for 2013-14 school year between Jan. 1 and March 1. Transfers are accepted on a space-available basis with students who live within a school’s attendance area having priority. District policy states once a transfer is granted, children may continue attending their school through the highest grade level offered without having to annually re-apply for their transfer. New requests are required for students moving from elementary to middle school or middle the high school. An information letter and application are available now at any district school or at the Centralized Registration Office, 2085 W.
