Hemet pitcher Chris Wolford was named the MVP of the Mountain Pass League when the league awards were released on Tuesday.
Wolford helped the Bulldogs go 21-8 and reach the quarterfinals of the Div. 5 playoffs.
Citrus Hill coach Drew Valenzuela was named Coach of the Year after guiding the Hawks to a 10-15-1 record in his first year as head coach.
