When: Saturday ~ MARCH 15th ~ 9:00–2pm (Registration begins at 8am.)
Who: K – 12 students who know the fundamentals of the game
Rules: Touch-move tournament style play
**Please pick up rules when you check in your student(s).
Divisions: There will be 8-10 divisions with some grade levels combined.
Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies for individual divisions
Registration: Advance Registration (by MARCH 12th): $5.00

- For advance registrations, $5.00 fee may be submitted upon arrival at
the tournament or through PayPal via the RYCA website.
Registration at the door: $10.00
Information: - John McKelvey is the contact person at Hemet High School.
- Snacks and lunch available for sale at the tournament
- Professional chess master CHUCK GELINAS will be available to play
multiple games during the tournament.
