Congratulations to our all our wrestlers with a special shout out for the six that will be heading into the Masters. Master will be held February 24th and 25th at the Ontario Sports Arena.
Hemet representatives will be:
Issiah Burks who was crowned the Individual CIF Champ at 145;
Paul Gonzalez took a 2nd place
Jose Ferrusca and Giovanni Valencia-Baxter each placed 4th in their weight class.
Roy Garica had a 6th place finish.
Hemet sent 10 wrestlers and 2 alternates to the CIF meet. One wrestler does not do this alone, it takes a team effort by everyone to make each individual stronger.
Congratulations again to everyone in the wrestling program for Hemet High.
